Mind Sweep

By using Mind Sweep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app and website.

1. Your Use of Mind Sweep

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mind Sweep.

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
misuse the service
circumvent subscription limits
upload illegal or harmful content
impersonate another person

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

2. AI Processing Disclosure

Mind Sweep uses third-party AI services (OpenAI) to categorize and organize sweeps.
Your data is transmitted securely and never used to train public AI models.

3. Google Calendar Integration

Connecting Google Calendar is optional.

By enabling it, you allow Mind Sweep to sync:

event titles
event IDs
calendar IDs
event start & end times

You may disconnect at any time, which stops sync and allows deletion of synced data.

4. Usage Limits

Mind Sweep offers:

Free tier: limited sweeps per month
Pro tier: increased sweeps and additional features

Attempts to bypass limits may result in restrictions or suspension.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are handled through RevenueCat and billed through the App Store.

You acknowledge that:

subscriptions renew automatically
free trials convert to paid unless cancelled beforehand
refunds are managed by the App Store
pricing may change with notice when required

Subscriptions can be managed from your App Store account.

6. Disclaimer

Mind Sweep is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

uninterrupted availability
accuracy of AI sorting
error-free performance

Mind Sweep is not liable for data loss, interruptions, or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes fall under its jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as features evolve. Updates will be posted on this page.
