  • Authentication details provided through Supabase
  • Basic profile metadata

User Content

When you use Mind Sweep, you may enter:

  • Thoughts
  • Tasks
  • Notes
  • Voice inputs (converted to text)
  • Sweep entries
  • Optional scheduled events

This content is stored securely and used only to power app features.

Google Calendar Data (Optional)

If you connect Google Calendar, we access:

  • Event titles
  • Event IDs
  • Calendar IDs
  • Event start & end times

We sync only a limited time range for performance. You can disconnect at any time.

AI Processing Data

Your sweeps may be sent to trusted third-party AI services (OpenAI) for sorting and categorization.
Your data is not used to train public models.

Usage Data

We may collect anonymized metrics such as:

  • Device type & OS
  • Interaction patterns
  • Performance logs
  • Crash reports

If PostHog analytics is enabled, we collect anonymous usage insights.

Payment Data

Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat.
We do not store any credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide core app features
  • Sync your Google Calendar
  • Improve app performance and reliability
  • Personalize your experience
  • Verify subscription status
  • Communicate essential updates or support messages

We do not sell your data.

3. Data Storage & Protection

  • Data is stored in Supabase with Row-Level Security enforcing per-user access.
  • All data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • Voice recordings are not stored unless explicitly saved.
  • Calendar data is deleted if you disconnect Google.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted providers:

  • Supabase – database, authentication, secure storage
  • OpenAI – AI sweep categorization
  • Google Calendar API – optional event sync
  • RevenueCat – subscription management
  • PostHog – analytics

These services only receive the minimum data required.
